All our products are handmade to order and we want you to be happy with your purchase, so if your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact us straight away and we’ll do our best to help.
Please note that we do ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
As a small business we do ask that the postage return is paid by the customer.
Please note that sale and bespoke made to order products are not eligible for a return/refund.
When returning your item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Delivery Costs
Wreaths
Standard delivery to Great Britain is £6.95. Express delivery to Great Britain is £11.95.
Vase Arrangements
Delivery costs are charged by weight on all vase arrangements.
Product Lead Times
Bespoke orders/services that are placed via email will be dispatched up to two weeks after the order has been placed as each item is handmade to order.
Ready to go wreaths which can be bought directly from our website will be dispatched within 2 working days.
